Frequently Asked Questions

Why should I stage my home?

Staging your home is essential, as it can accelerate the selling process and lead to higher profits. According to the National Association of Realtors Profile of Home Staging, almost half of buyers’ agents affirm that staging a home can boost the dollar value of offers by up to 10 percent. Additionally, a survey conducted by the National Association of Realtors reveals that the longer a home remains on the market, the more it tends to sell below the list price. The Real Estate Staging Association (RESA) Report also supports the benefits of home staging, showing that, on average, sellers who invest in staging before listing can sell their homes 87% faster.

Why can’t I just stage my own house?

Owning a home often involves significant emotional attachment, which can be both beneficial and challenging. To ensure the effectiveness of your home marketing, maintaining objectivity is crucial. However, most homeowners find this task difficult to achieve. By seeking assistance from a professionally certified home stager, you can overcome this challenge in a cost-effective manner. Our team is well-trained and experienced in assessing buyer demographics, as well as the layout and flow of your house. With this expertise, we can offer valuable, unbiased recommendations and feedback that will not only enhance your home’s appeal but also save you costs in the process.

How much does staging cost?

The cost of staging depends on your specific needs. If you have a vacant home and require furniture and accessories, it can be more expensive. However, staging with your existing furnishings, especially if you plan to occupy the house while it’s on the market, is usually a more cost-effective option.
